Welcome to Inspexo. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations governing the use of our services, including factory inspections, product quality audits, and compliance verifications. By engaging with Inspexo, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

1. Definitions

  • “Client” refers to the individual or company booking inspection services with Inspexo.
  • “Factory/Supplier” refers to the entity undergoing inspection.
  • “Services” refers to inspections, audits, quality control, and related activities provided by Inspexo.
  • “Report” refers to the documentation issued post-inspection detailing findings and recommendations.

2. Scope of Services

Inspexo provides independent inspection services to verify the quality, compliance, and integrity of manufacturers, suppliers, and their products. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Pre-Production Inspections (PPI)
  • Factory Audits & Compliance Checks
  • Production Monitoring & Quality Control
  • Sample Collection & Shipment Services

3. Booking and Payment Terms

  • All bookings must be made through our official website www.inspexo.in or via email at book@inspexo.in.
  • Payment must be completed before the inspection date to confirm the booking.
  • Fees vary based on service type, location, and additional requirements.
  • Any additional costs (e.g., travel, accommodation, expedited processing) will be communicated beforehand.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • The client must provide accurate details about the factory, supplier, and required inspection criteria.
  • The client must inform the factory/supplier about the scheduled inspection and ensure necessary access is granted to our auditors.
  • If the client requests sample collection and shipment, all necessary documentation and customs requirements must be provided in advance.

5. Inspection & Reporting

  • Inspexo provides independent, unbiased reports based on factual observations during the inspection.
  • Reports will be shared with the client within the agreed timeframe after the inspection is completed.
  • Our reports serve as advisory documents and do not constitute certification or legal guarantees.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made 72 hours before the scheduled inspection are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 72 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee due to prior resource allocation.
  • Inspections may be rescheduled subject to availability and agreement between all parties.

7. Liability & Limitations

  • Inspexo acts solely as an independent inspection service provider and is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or business interruptions caused by inspection outcomes.
  • We do not take responsibility for decisions made based on our reports. The client assumes all risks in production, sourcing, and supplier dealings.
  • Force Majeure: Inspexo is not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, travel restrictions, or regulatory changes.

8. Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • All client data, supplier details, and inspection findings remain strictly confidential.
  • Reports are shared only with the client unless legally required by authorities.
  • Personal and business data are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from the use of our services will first be resolved through negotiation.
  • If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be settled under the jurisdiction of Indian laws.

10. Amendments to Terms

Inspexo reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
